I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping you discover your strengths, build essential life skills, and enhance your self-worth. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I aim to empower you to overcome challenges and achieve your personal goals. Life can be challenging, but you don't have to face it alone. I will help you develop practical skills to manage stress, improve relationships, and enhance your emotional well-being. Through evidence-based techniques, we will work on building the tools you need to navigate life's challenges effectively.

A veces no hablamos de la salud mental en nuestras familias —no porque no nos importe, sino porque hemos tenido que sobrevivir. Pero sanar no significa debilidad; significa que estás listo para vivir de una manera diferente.
Quiero ofrecerte un espacio seguro donde puedas hablar sin miedo, entender lo que estás sintiendo y encontrar alivio. Ya sea que seas un adolescente buscando tu voz, una pareja queriendo reconectarse, o un adulto cargando con las preocupaciones de la familia, aquí hay un lugar para ti.
Mi enfoque es amable, basado en el trauma y en la conexión emocional. Combino terapia somática y de apego con un profundo respeto por nuestros valores: la familia, la fe y la resiliencia. I draw from years in healthcare, education, and family support, blending somatic and attachment-based therapy with IFS, neurofeedback, Integrative Processing Technique, and hypnotherapy. My work with teens, parents, couples, and my own family helps me offer care that is practical, compassionate, and deeply human.
